What Does This Mean For You?

Our phone numbers and addresses, your account number, the way you pay your bill, and your rates will remain unchanged. You can expect the same level of commitment to service and to water quality you have always had, with the same local team dedicated to providing you with essential water services. In the coming months, our website, social media channels, service trucks and uniforms will only have the Veolia name. We will provide you with notification before any change occurs.

Will Phone Numbers Or Addresses Change?

Following the transition to Veolia, all company phone numbers and addresses will remain the same.

Will There Be Changes To The Way I Pay My Bill?

Your account number will remain the same.

  • If you pay your bill online, we will be changing our website url. We will notify you of the new url and the date when this change will begin.
  • If you currently pay by check, the name you write on the “pay to the order of” line on your check will change. We will notify you of the name to use in your area and the date when this change will begin.
  • If you mail your payment, the address will remain the same.
  • If in-person payments are available in your area, you can continue to visit the same location.
  • If you pay your bill by phone, the phone number will remain the same.
  • If you pay your bill through AutoPay/Direct Debit or Recurring Card payments, your enrollment in these programs will not change.

Will There Be Any Changes Before The Transition To Veolia?

Beginning in March 2022, our email addresses will change. This means that if you receive e-mails from the company, they will come from Veolia.com. However, during the transition you may continue to send us e-mails at the Suez.com email addresses you are using today.

Will My Rates Change?

No. Your rate for water service will remain the same. There are no changes in rates as a result of the merger and any cost associated with the merger will be borne by the company.

What About Website Addresses And Social Media Channels?

Website urls and social media channels are expected to carry the Veolia name beginning sometime in the second quarter of 2022. We will notify you of these name changes and the date when these changes will begin.

What About Infrastructure Investments?

The commitments that Suez has made to investing in local infrastructure will remain in place. Veolia is equally committed to investing in sustainable water systems that will last for many years to come.

Will financial Assistance Programs Remain After The Companies Are Combined?

Veolia will actively provide financial assistance programs for customers in need.
Will The Company Continue To Participate In And Contribute To Community Activities/Charities/Civic

Events At The Same Level As Before The Merger?

At this time, we expect participation or contributions to remain the same.

Will Veolia Play An Active Role In Community Activities?

Veolia will be active in the communities it serves and will continue to make investments through national, regional and local partnerships. In many communities that will mean an increase in investments.
