Veolia's Ecofactory approach featured in Environmental Journal

Canada needs to invest significantly in upgrading and expanding its municipal environmental infrastructure, particularly water and wastewater systems, in order to meet the demands of population growth, new housing and climate goals.

Fortunately this won't require reinventing the wheel, thanks to the types of visionary innovations and resources being introduced by Veolia. A number of communities throughout the world have transformed conventional wastewater facilities into resilient, productive local sustainability hubs, which we at Veolia call “Ecofactories.”
